Respond: Agree on expectations to improve employee engagement. This may include: Autonomy: More flexible working practices built on trust - Mastery: better L&D provision, a progression (competency) framework, workshops around feedback - Purpose: More community spirit around purpose. Clearer strategic narrative and more celebrating of success.
Transparent Delivery: Execute on agreed expectations using SMART goals. We create a Trello board that key stakeholders have full access to so they can monitor our progress and understand the workflow.
Review: In six months, carry out another pulse check, based on the same questions to judge effectiveness.
