We collect and use your personal information to manage your enquiry and provide you with information about our products/services that you have inquired about.

What happens if I do not provide my personal information

We need your personal information to provide our services. Without it, we cannot assist you.

How we protect your information

Your data is securely password protected via Google Business Suite. Our website server is protected and regularly scanned for malware and viruses. We do not store credit or debit card details.

We never sell your personal information or share it for anyone else’s marketing. We use a small number of trusted service providers who process it only on our behalf, to run this website and our services:

20i: hosts this website in the UK and processes the enquiry and brochure forms you submit. Form submissions are emailed to us and a copy is kept on our hosting account.
Calendly: handles the booking calendar if you book a call or consultation.
Google Workspace: our email and document storage.
Teachable: hosts our online courses (see below).

Transferring your personal information outside the UK

Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your information may be processed there. When that happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, as required by UK data protection law.

How long will we store your personal information

If you don’t proceed with our services and do not opt into marketing, we store your data for up to 3 months. If you become a customer, we store your data for up to 7 years from the latest service interaction. If you opt into marketing, we continue emailing you until you unsubscribe. All emails contain an unsubscribe link.

Freddie Media Ltd uses Teachable to provide online learning. “School” refers to our Teachable-hosted courses.
